The Wisconsin State Fair is celebrating its 175th anniversary in a big way: more than 84 brand-new foods will hit the fairgrounds this year, alongside a new cream puff flavor, the Fair-aschino Cherry Cream Puff. Rather than chasing one viral "it" item the way Dubai chocolate dominated last year, this year's lineup leans into hot honey, globally-inspired comfort food, creative cheese curds, over-the-top drinks, and nostalgic childhood flavors. The Sporkies and Drinkies competition also revealed its 2026 finalists, with eight food finalists chosen from 29 entries and four drink finalists from 24 entries in honor of the fair's milestone year. The Wisconsin State Fair runs August 6–16 at State Fair Park.
