After walking the shows, which features the latest sweet, savory and beverage innovations from more than 2,600 exhibitors, we compile a list of top trends to share with you.
This year, we saw an overwhelming amount of health and wellness focused products. From quinoa to functional beverages, exhibitors displayed an array of different products and exciting flavors and flavor combinations. Protein and ginger were key trends to keep an eye on as Millennials and Generation Z continue to be the primary focus driving innovation.
