Beef rules in the United States. It's still in the center of the plate for most American Consumers. In fact 85% of consumers eat beef as an entree or ingredient at least once per week, according to Technomic. 

As protein continues to be an important part of consumers' diets in the U.S., there is definitely an opportunity for meat and beef to shine.
