Symrise, determined to be at the forefront of the latest trends, attended this exciting event to discover what’s hot and trending this year in specialty foods and unique beverages. Health, wellness and authenticity were some of the driving forces behind what vendors displayed during this year’s event.

The three-day event, which took place from October 27-29, was an opportunity for members of the food and beverage industry to see and taste what the most brilliant minds in the industry are cooking up in their kitchens and behind the bar.
