This year’s WFFS featured some standard classics from past years; including heaps of plant-based products, hemp infusions galore, BFY everything and global flavors popping up in all categories. We witnessed a lull in new flavor innovation, as this show seemed to be more about infusing additional functional ingredients and playing with standard product category formats.

We also saw some of our Symrise North America 2019+ Trends come to life at the show including black sesame, butterfly pea flower, cheese teas, hemp, miso+, smoke 2.0 and yuzu. After sifting through thousands of drinks, meals, snacks and sweets, we are happy to bring you our 2020 Top 12 Winter Fancy Food Show Trends.

See all 12 Top Trends in the Slide Share below.
