From July 11th to July 14th, more than 23,000 members of the food and beverage industry will flock to Chicago, Illinois for the 2015 Annual IFT Conference. During this same time, Symrise will hold its second Sabor in America at Carnivale in Chicago, building on the success of last year's Sabor in New York City.
One benefit of being in Chicago for a few days this month will be the opportunity to try the city's best food and drinks. And when it comes to food, the Windy City has alot more to offer than just deep dish and hot dogs.
