LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Kentucky's bourbon boom is showing no signs of peaking as distilleries keep up a production pace unmatched for decades. The state's bourbon inventory reached a 40-year high last year, with nearly 5.7 million barrels aging in warehouses, the Kentucky Distillers' Association said Thursday.
