The rum-and-cola at BlackTail, a new Cuban-themed bar in lower Manhattan from the Dead Rabbit team, is poorly named. It is not a rum-and-cola because, let's be honest, it is not merely rum plus cola. It's more like rum times cola. Rum to the power of cola.
