Meat in a chocolate might make even the most ardent foodie's stomach squirm. However, an AgResearch scientist and Auckland boutique chocolate maker Devonport Chocolates are betting to win people over with just such a chocolate, one that's 50 per cent beef. The meat lover's chocolate uses dairy beef that is processed and encased in chocolate.
