Yes, life is uncertain but some studies also suggest that eating dessert first makes you feel more satiated and, therefore, you're likely to eat smaller, healthier meals. I'm on board with that theory! From a gorgeous berry trifle to creamy chocolate pudding sundaes, there's not enough willpower in the world to resist these scrumptious sweets.
