The Latino influence continues to take hold in the United states and Latin flavors are becoming more and more mainstream. In fact, almost 1/3 of the U.S. population will be Latino by 2050. As a continuation of our Sabor in America initiative, we are pleased to bring you an "easy-to-digest" infographic with insights on the top flavors and emerging flavors for multiple categories in food service. Emerging flavors are those that may or may not have a large presence on menus yet, but they are the fastest growing flavors on menus year over year between 2013-2014.
