In 2007 Greek yogurt accounted for just 1% of US yogurt sales. Six years later, the product now commands more than a third of the sector. This led Innova Market Insights, while exhibiting at FiE 2013 in Frankfurt, to pose the question: What's the next Greek yogurt?
