When Pop Fizz opened in Albuquerque's South Valley, the Alvarez family didn't have to go out looking for press. It came to them. "It was a bright storefront, and the inside was renovated," says Carlos Alvarez, one of the store's co-owners. "That's something you don't really see in that particular part of town."
