The predictions have been rolling in for 2017, and they'e pretty much all over the map. Lots of "Cauilflower is the New Kale" (truth); Reimagined Pasta; and poke, which has clearly replaced cupcakes as the all-purpose food to line up for. There's a lot of speculation about what the restaurants of the future will look like.
