Symrise NA recently released our 2018+ Symrise Top Trends report for North America. This year, we have 10 trends spanning beverage, savory and sweet. We have included a "genealogy" of trends, connecting all of our trend reports back to our global Symrise TrendScope.

New for 2018, in collaboration with StarChefs, we surveyed a wide-ranging group of chefs, pastry chefs, and mixologists to compile our 2018+ Trends Report. The team also examined intriguing flavors and ingredients that we saw bubbling up on restaurant menus through menu research and by trekking in various cities around the US. The report includes 10 trends with 4 specific ingredient examples for each trend.
