However, a recent survey says that consumers between ages 18 and 35, while interested in more healthy options, also opt out of eating full meals and turn to snacking. Welch's Global Ingredients Group commissioned a survey, conducted independently by Surveygoo, that found that 92 percent of millennials eat a snack instead of having breakfast, lunch, or dinner at least once a week, FoodNavigator-USA reported.
