WASHINGTON -- The federal government's three-month test of Chobani yogurt as a substitute for protein in school lunches has turned out to be a big success, U.S. Sen. Charles Schumer said today. The U.S. Department of Agriculture tested Chobani's Greek yogurt with school lunches offered in four states, including New York, from September to November.
