Symrise team members volunteered with America's Grow a Row on 9/11/13. The team took a road trip to Peaceful Valley Orchards in Pittstown NJ to pick squash that will be donated to New Jersey food banks.
Grow-a-Row's (Twitter: @AGARNJ) mission is to positively impact as many lives as possible through a volunteer effort of planting, picking, rescuing, and delivering free fresh produce. The Symrise team picked over 15,000 pounds of squash!
America's Grow-a-Row has donated over 2.4 million pounds of produce to charity since its founding in 2002. You can find out more about the charity at www.americasgrowarow.org.
