Every summer, the Symrise team makes the trek to the Jacob K. Javits Center in NYC to attend the Specialty Food Association's Summer Fancy Food Show. This year the show takes place June 25 to 27, where we will see more than 2,500 exhibitors displaying over 180,000 products.
Will health and wellness still be hot as ever? Who's going to take a back seat at this year's event? Our goal is to be at the forefront of industry innovation trends within the food and beverage world. We walk the show, sampling everything from coffee to chips and even cricket flour protein bars. (Someone's gotta do it!) We take time to talk to small business owners about their innovative products and ideas. After 3 long food and beverage filled days, the members of the Symrise team sit down to determine what the hottest new trends are in the industry for that year.
