This year’s WFFS featured some standard classics from past years; including heaps of plant-based products, hemp infusions galore, BFY everything and global flavors popping up in all categories. We witnessed a lull in new flavor innovation, as this show seemed to be more about infusing additional functional ingredients and playing with standard product category formats.
