The Summer Fancy Food Show is a popular event where the latest and greatest trends in the food and beverage industry are showcased.  Members of Symrise, striving to be at the forefront of these trends attended the Annual Summer Fancy Food Show at Javits Center in New York City. We were ready to immerse ourselves into 3 days of new and exciting food and beverages.

This year's show, presented by the Specialty Food Association, featured over 2,500 exhibitors from around the world.  The "What's New, What's Hot" showcase featured the hottest trends in over 100 new food and beverages. New brands that are finding space on the shelves and shaking up the food and beverage industry were also found at the Fancy Food Show.
