Corvus Coffee, based in Denver, Colorado, is now introducing an all-new menu for cocktails made with coffee. While this idea has been around for years, Corvus Coffee is putting a fresh spin on coffee cocktails by using cold brew. One of the standout items on the menu is the Winter Flower, which is made with a floral jasmine syrup, lime juice and a base of Ethiopia Guji Kayon Mountain Farm cold brew.
