Continuing with our commitment to consumer insight driven innovation, Symrise studied the snacking behaviors of children between the ages of 6 and 12. By partnering with Smarty Pants (a consumer research agency), Symrise conducted ethnographic research to gain a first-hand view into family relationships with snacking.

Through a juxtaposition of parents’ and kids’ expectations, Symrise is able to present findings for snack opportunities that kids will love and parents will approve. This infographic reflects our key findings across:
