Recently, the Symrise Marketing and Consumer Insights (MSCI) team conducted research as a part of our Sabor in America initiative, focusing on the influence of the Latino population on mainstream America. We were interested in finding out flavor preference in multiple food and beverage categories for Latino consumers living in the United States.

200+ Latinos participated in an online survey to better understand what their taste preferences are in fruit juice drinks, enhanced waters, yogurts, ice creams, soups and chips/tortilla chips. The panel was randomly selected from major US Latino areas– NY, TX, FL and CA. The survey was conducted for Symrise by Connexion Research. Symrise will continue to explore Latino taste preferences in additional food and beverage categories in the future.
