Americans are eating more at home than they have in years - eight out of 10 meals. But instead of cooking more, they are turning to yogurt and other foods that require minimum or no preparation. That's according to the 29th annual Eating Patterns in America Report by the NPD Group, Chicago-based food trend researchers.
