At one restaurant in Greenwich Village, one man's trash is another man's dinner. Wast(ed) is in the midst of a 18-day stint at Blue Hill - but like the old Folger's coffee ad, Wast(ed) has taken the high-end farm-to-table food at chef Dan Barber's lauded eatery and replaced it with garbage.
