Having recently taken my first trip to the Caribbean to visit the rum distillery House of Angostura in Trinidad, I am a new convert to the tropical charms of the West Indies. I got a chance to chat with bar manager Anthony Parks (note: Sam Levy of the Restaurant at Meadowood is no longer involved in the project), and get a sense of the direction he's taking there along with a copy of the menu.
