Symrise Debuts Global Hot Sauce Inspired Snack Seasonings
The hot sauce market is surging! It’s one of the top 10 fastest growing industries in the U.S. The hot sauce market is outpacing the rest of the condiment industry with sensational growth of over 150% from 2000 to present. This growth is powered by millennial consumers and their passion for discovering authentic, global flavors.
Hot sauce is no longer just about who can have the hottest sauce. It’s about levels of flavor, texture and balancing heat. It's "food that goes on food." And now, it’s going beyond a condiment and making its way into multiple food categories.
Symrise is leading the way by helping to bring authentic global hot sauce flavors to the snacking world with our culinary inspired, value-added seasonings that were developed in coordination with Brooklyn's Heatonist, a small batch hot sauce purveyor.
Guests at the Symrise booth experienced a snack seasonings world tour inspired by the hot sauces of Morocco, Barbados, Peru, USA and more. Guests were also able to taste the real hot sauces that inspired the snack seasonings.
