2017: Top 12 Summer Fancy Food Show Trends You Need to Know About

Ginger, rose and quinoa have taken their show on the road as they venture into unique and different categories. Quinoa is featured in Suzie’s non-dairy beverage as well as Highland Farm’s Quinoa Pops, both delightfully tasteful. Blossom Water’s Lemon Rose and Norr Skyr’s Raspberry and Rosewater organic yogurt showcased rose flavors which were both refreshingly pleasant. There were many more products with seasonal flavors at this year’s show, as seasonality continues to play a big role in new product innovation which was highlighted in the “What’s Hot, What’s New” showcase.
